Cancellation Policy
• A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
• To transfer your deposit to a new date, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits can only be transferred within the same month and cannot be applied to a future month.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $5 late fee will be added for every 5 minutes.
• Appointments will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes late.
